We are now offering an Outdoor Drive-In Service on Sundays in our upper parking lot focused on the steps of the Chapel. We will be welcoming cars in and directing them to specific parking spots starting at 10:45 AM, and the parking spots will be directed towards the Chapel steps. All your favorite things about St. Andrews worship will be back—hymn signing, a Greeting Time, the St. Andrews Welcome Song, the Doxology, and praise music. And if it is a nice day, you are even allowed to pull out a chair from your parked car, and sit on the asphalt, or in the shade, with your mask on. Furthermore, you are allowed to honk your horn if you like the music, or want to say “Amen!” at any time! We believe this will be a fun, safe, and warm way to gather in the winter, and look forward to sharing in this time with you.
When it comes to your kids at 11:00, you are welcome to keep them in your cars, but we will also be holding Kid’s Church outside on the playground or in the Family Life Center—with the outside doors open (depending on the temperature). And our nursery will be open outside in the Preschool Courtyard or inside with the windows open (depending on the temperature). If it is pouring down rain, we will offer an inside service at 11:00 AM with safety restrictions (on Facebook), just like our 9:00 AM currently is–and will be during the winter too.
Finally, in order to access the sounds of the 11:00 AM service in our parking lot, please turn your radio to 88.1 FM. There, you will be able to follow along.
