United Methodist Men's Ministry

Our Purpose:

  • To declare the centrality of Christ in every man’s life
  • To promote the spiritual growth of men through effective discipleship
  • To model the servant leadership of Christ in our daily lives

The United Methodist Men’s Ministry meets the first Sunday morning of each month a 7:00am for a breakfast meeting.

Our annual projects include:

Men’s Sunday: September20, 2009. Theme of “Changing Lives”.

February: Valentine’s Dinner – a time for good food fellowship

March & October: Operation InAsMuch – a local community project through Fayetteville Urban Ministry to help restore rundown neighborhoods.

October: Annual Men’s Barbecue Fundraiser. Check the church calendar. Tickets and delivery request can be obtained from the UMM.

December: Pancake “breakfast for dinner” for the church. Check the church calendar.

As Needed: Church work projects and individual service projects.

Healthy Habits

This small group meets weekly to support, encourage and educate each other on ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
